         Jeigu tiekėjas vėluoja pristatyti prekes ar pakeisti netinkamas prekes tinkamomis, tiekėjas moka 0,05 % dydžio delspinigius už kiekvieną uždelstą pristatyti (pakeisti) prekes dieną, tačiau bet kokiu atveju ne mažiau kaip 50,00 Eur už vieną vėlavimo laikotarpį. Delspinigiai skaičiuojami nuo vėluojamų pristatyti ar pakeisti prekių vertės.
