         Tiekėjai, dalyvaujantys pirkime, turi pateikti konkurso sąlygų 3 priede nustatytos formos užpildytą Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (toliau – EBVPD). Tiekėjai turi neatitikti tiekėjų pašalinimo pagrindų ir atitikti kvalifikacijos reikalavimus. Perkančioji organizacija tiekėjo pašalinimo pagrindų nebuvimo ir atitiktį kvalifikacijos reikalavimams patvirtinančių dokumentų reikalaus tik iš to tiekėjo, kurio pasiūlymas pagal vertinimo rezultatus galės būti pripažintas laimėjusiu (po pasiūlymų eilės nustatymo).

         Pardavėjas, Pirkėjui pareikalavus, moka Pirkėjui 0,1 proc. dydžio delspinigius už kiekvieną uždelstą dieną iki visiško prievolės įvykdymo.

         Pardavėjas Pirkėjui moka 1% Sutarties vertės dydžio (be PVM) baudą, jeigu paaiškėja, jog Pardavėjas pasitelkė arba pakeitė Subtiekėją / jungtinės veiklos partnerį, nesilaikydamas Sutarties BD įtvirtintos tvarkos.

         Pirkėjas, Pardavėjui pareikalavus, moka 0,1 proc. dydžio delspinigius už kiekvieną uždelstą dieną, kai Pirkėjas vėluoja apmokėti Pardavėjo pateiktą Sąskaitą per „E. sąskaita“ informacinę sistemą.
