        Tiekėjas, Pirkėjui pareikalavus, moka Pirkėjui 10 (dešimties) procentų dydžio baudą nuo nepateiktų prekių vertės už kiekvieną uždelstą dieną bei atlygina pirkėjo dėl to patirtus tiesioginius nuostolius tiek, kiek jų nepadengia netesybos.

        Jeigu Pirkėjas nesumoka už laiku pristatytas, kokybiškas ir atitinkančias sutarties sąlygas prekes, Tiekėjas turi teisę raštu reikalauti iš Pirkėjo 0,05 % dydžio delspinigių už kiekvieną uždelstą atsiskaityti dieną. Delspinigiai skaičiuojami nuo vėluojamos sumokėti sumos.
