         Tiekėjai pateikia Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (EBVPD) - aktualią deklaraciją, pakečiančią kompetetingų institucijų išduodamus dokumentus ir preliminariai patvirtinančią, kad nėra tiekėjo pašalinimo pagrindų, vadovaujantis Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 45 straipsnio nuostatomis. EBVPD parengiamas pagal standartinę formą, kuri yra patvirtinta 2016 m. sausio 5 d.
