         Tiekėjas ir kiekvienas ūkio subjektas, kurio pajėgumais jis numato remtis, turi atitikti reikalavimus dėl tiekėjų pašalinimo pagrindų nebuvimo. Tiekėjas pasiūlyme turi pateikti užpildytą Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (toliau - EBVPD). Visų pagal EBVPD reikalaujamų dokumentų bus prašoma pateikti tik galimą pirkimo laimėtoją.

         Contract performance conditions:

         Pirkėjas, uždelsęs sumokėti Sutarties 4.3 punkte numatyta tvarka, įsipareigoja Pardavėjui pareikalavus mokėti Pardavėjui 0,04 % delspinigius nuo neapmokėtos sąskaitos dydžio su PVM, už kiekvieną uždelstą dieną.

         Pardavėjui taikomos padidintos atsakomybės priemonės už prievolių pažeidimą šiame punkte nurodoma tvarka. Pardavėjas, uždelsęs pristatyti Sutarties reikalavimus atitinkančias Prekes (dalį Prekių) Sutartyje numatytomis sąlygomis ir terminais, moka Pirkėjui baudą, kuri be atskiro raštiško įspėjimo išskaičiuojama iš Pardavėjui mokėtinų sumų:

         vėluojant įvykdyti Sutarties priede numatytų prekių užsakymą (jo dalį) ne daugiau kaip 5 darbo dienas - 10% nuo nepristatytų prekių vertės su PVM;

         vėluojant įvykdyti Sutarties priede numatytų prekių užsakymą (jo dalį) daugiau nei 5 darbo dienas - 30% nuo nepristatytų prekių vertės su PVM.
