         Tiekėjas per perkančiosios organizacijos nurodytą terminą turi pateikti pirkimo sutarties įvykdymo užtikrinimą patvirtinantį dokumentą. Pirkimo sutarties įvykdymas turi būti užtikrintas Lietuvos Respublikoje ar užsienyje registruoto banko ar kredito unijos garantija arba draudimo bendrovės laidavimo raštu. Pirkimo sutarties įvykdymo užtikrinimo vertė – 5 procentai nuo tiekėjo pasiūlyme nurodytos bendros pirkimo sutarties kainos be PVM.
