         Tiekėjas privalo pateikti užpildytą Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą - aktualią deklaraciją, pakeičiančią kompentetingų institucijų išduodamus dokumentus ir preliminariai patvirtinančią, kad nėra tiekėjo pašalinimo pagrindų, nustatytų vadovaujantis VPĮ 50 str. nuostatomis.

         Contract performance conditions:

         1. Nutraukus Sutartį, Pardavėjas per 5 (penkias) darbo dienas nuo Sutarties nutraukimo dienos sumoka Pirkėjui 5 procentų nuo Sutarties vertės dydžio baudą, o Pardavėjas įtraukiamas į nepatikimų tiekėjų sąrašą.

         2. Už Pirkėjo vėlavimą atsiskaityti su Pardavėju numatomi delspinigiai − 0,06 procento nuo vėluojamos apmokėti sumos, už kiekvieną pavėluotą dieną, bet ne daugiau kaip 5 procentai nuo Sutarties vertės. Delspinigiai Pirkėjui neskaičiuojami, jei vėlavimas atsirado dėl netinkamo Pirkėjo finansavimo.

         3. Už Pardavėjo vėlavimą atlikti sutartinius įsipareigojimus numatomi delspinigiai − 0,06 procento nuo vėluojamų atlikti sutartinių įsipareigojimų vertės, už kiekvieną pavėluotą dieną, bet ne daugiau kaip 5 procentai nuo Sutarties vertės.
