         Tiekėjas ir kiekvienas ūkio subjektas, kurio pajėgumais jis numato remtis, turi atitikti reikalavimus dėl tiekėjų pašalinimo pagrindų nebuvimo. Tiekėjas pasiūlyme turi pateikti užpildytą Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (toliau - EBVPD). Visų pagal EBVPD reikalaujamų dokumentų bus prašoma pateikti tik galimą pirkimo laimėtoją.

         Contract performance conditions:

         -Pirkėjas, uždelsęs sumokėti Sutarties 4.4 punkte numatyta tvarka, įsipareigoja Pardavėjui pareikalavus mokėti Pardavėjui 0,04 % delspinigius nuo neapmokėtos sąskaitos su PVM dydžio, už kiekvieną uždelstą dieną;

         -Pardavėjas, uždelsęs pristatyti tinkamas Prekes Sutartyje numatytais terminais, įsipareigoja Pirkėjui pareikalavus mokėti Pirkėjui 0,04 % delspinigius nuo nepristatytų prekių vertės už kiekvieną uždelstą dieną.

         -Sutarties įvykdymas užtikrinamas 10 % Sutarties vertės su PVM dydžio bauda (netaikoma tais atvejais, kuomet skaičiuojami delspinigiai pagal Sutarties 7.2.p.). Pardavėjui nevykdant arba netinkamai vykdant Sutartimi ir/ar Panaudos sutartimi (jei taikoma) prisiimtus įsipareigojimus, Pirkėjas įgyja teisę reikalauti, o Pardavėjas įsipareigoja sumokėti šiame Sutarties punkte nurodyto dydžio baudą.
