III.2.2)Contract performance conditions:

Kiekvieną kartą Paslaugų teikėjui pažeidus sutartinius įsipareigojimus (tame tarpe bet neapsiribojant, Paslaugų teikėjui įvykdžius prisiimtus įsipareigojimus pažeidžiant numatytus terminus), Paslaugų teikėjas privalo sumokėti, dėl Sutarties netinkamo įvykdymo nustatytą 100,00 Eur (vieno šimto eurų) baudą. Paslaugų teikėjas sumokėjęs nustatytą baudą, nėra atleidžiamas nuo tolimesnio Sutarties vykdymo ir/ar delspinigių sumokėjimo ir/ar nuostolių atlyginimo. Nustatytos baudos suma gali būti išskaitoma iš Paslaugų teikėjui mokėtinų sumų.
