Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Tika noslēgta vienošanās, veicot Darbu apjoma izmaiņas, akceptējot paredzamās apjoma izmaiņas Līguma ietvaros, t.i., samazinot darbu apjomu periodā no 01.10.2023. līdz 31.12.2023. par kopējo paredzamo summu, kas nepārsniedz EUR 29 433.91 bez PVN, kas sastāda 1% no kopējas līgumcenas.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Pēc izmaiņām uzvarētājs norādīts - Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību "Vizii Urban", jo notika uzņēmuma reorganizācija un pāreja saskaņā ar PIL 61.panta trešās daļas 4.punktu. Ņemot vērā, ka neparedzētu apstākļu dēļ pasūtītājam radās nepieciešamība samazināt darbu apjomus, tika noslēgta vienošanās saskaņā ar izmaiņu aktu koriģēt nolīgtos Darbu apjomus un attiecīgi samazināt Līguma kopējo summu.
