Papildus darbi ir tehniski nenodalāmi no sākotnēji līgumā paredzētajiem darbiem un piegādātāja maiņa radītu ievērojamas grūtības. Papildu termiņš nepieciešams, jo būvdarbu laikā tika konstatēti papildu darbi, kas netika iekļauti sāktonējā tāmē un pasūtītājs to nevarēja paredzēt.
