Palielināta līguma summa par EUR 129900 (naudas vērtības summu, nepārsniedz 50 procentus no sākotnējās iepirkuma līguma līgumcenas)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

saskaņā ar 2021. gada 9. jūlijā noslēgtā Līguma Nr. BKUS 2021/65 “Par Datortehnikas nomu” (turpmāk – Līgums) 9.4.3. punktu, kā arī ievērojot to, ka pēc Līguma noslēgšanas būtiski tika samazināts Pasūtītājam pieejamais finansējums datortehnikas parka atjaunošanai, kā rezultātā Pasūtītājam nav iespēju realizēt savas ieceres attiecībā uz datortehnikas iegādi, un tādēļ Līguma izpildē atklājās, ka nepieciešami tādi pakalpojuma apjomi, kuri pirms tam nebija noteikti un tie nepieciešami pilnvērtīgai Līguma izpildei un pamatojoties uz Publisko iepirkumu likuma 61.panta trešās daļas 1. un 2.punkta un ceturtās daļas noteikumiem
