Dažās tehniskās specifikācijas pozīcijās tika palielināts apjoms un proporcionāli kopējā līgumcena uz 14,9%.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Apjoms tika palielināts sakarā ar to, ka sākotnēji paredzētais apjoms jau tika izsmelts.
