         Le présent marché a pour objet l’acquisition de services relatifs à l’émission, la distribution et le recouvrement de Chèques-Formation, Chèques-Formation Langues et des Chèques-Formation Eco-Climat (mis en place par le Décret wallon du 10 avril 2003 relatif aux incitants financiers à la formation des travailleurs occupés par les entreprises). Ce marché concerne également l’acquisition des chèques-formation réformés. Ce dispositif sera, en effet, réformé en cours d’année 2024 et couvrira la période 2024 à 2026. Ce marché vise donc à assurer la transition entre l’exécution du décret du 10 avril 2003 instaurant les chèques-formation et la réforme de ce décret.

         • Poste 1 : Chèques - formation système actuel (ensemble des prestations pour un chèque émis, remboursé, validé, annulé et périmé) ;

         • Poste 2 : Chèques - formation réforme (ensemble des prestations pour un chèque émis, remboursé, validé, annulé et périmé) ;
