         The scope of Lot 2 covers development of Workshop design and the construction documentation based on detailed design for the Closure and rehabilitation of the Existing Dumpsite, and execute construction and installation works including but not limited to supply of the all required construction materials for closure and rehabilitation of the existing dumpsite. The Contractor must assist Client in obtaining building permit.

         The scope of Lot 1 covers development of the Developed design, Workshop design and construction documentation, and execution of construction and installation works including but not limited to supply of the all required construction materials and equipment for the new sanitary landfill including preliminaries works, earthworks, installation of the necessary technical equipment of the landfill, construction of the leachate pond with recirculation and leachate treatment system, construction of the administrative and technical buildings and roads. The contractor shall develop the Developed design based on Preliminary Design for the Construction of the New Sanitary Landfill including Preliminary Design Drawings developed by “Libanconsult AGM”. The Contractor must supplement the Preliminary Design in the necessary way to obtain an approved Architectural and planning conditions of the object on behalf of the Client as well as the Contractor must develop all necessary design documentation to obtain a project positive conclusion of the Gosstroy State Expertise and to obtain a construction permit and other required approvals and permits on behalf of the Client.
