         The EU Delegation to Somalia wishes to continue conducting regular, independent and objective monitoring of all activities or interventions funded under the NDICI funding instrument in various regions in Somalia. The aim of the contract will be conduct independent monitoring, ad hoc thematic analysis or studies and provide lessons learned or recommendations on all aspects of project implementation and progress in order for the EU to better understand the various aspects affecting project implementation and delivery and adopt the remedial measures.
