Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

La modificación consiste en la adscripción del edificio para Centro de Atención de Equipos de Calle y de la Sede de la Puerta Única de Acceso a la Red de Personas Sin Hogar, Avenida de Portugal, 2 (Pº Viejo, 1), ala oeste del pabellón de agricultura en la antigua feria del campo (distrito Moncloa-Aravaca), con una superficie total construida de 1223 metros cuadrados y una parcela de 4.302 metros cuadrados, quedando modificados los Anexos I, II y III del Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas
