         In addition the contract will help monitor the Green Economy programme implementation and the sector development and provide recommendations for follow-up and solutions as deemed necessary.

         Further, it will help sustain a national policy dialogue process that feeds into the sector development and monitoring.

         The contract will assist programme stakeholders in their implementation process, including the follow-up with non-governmental organizations and private sector involved in the green growth/economy and upgrading of skills and technical know-how
