Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : WAKATSUKI Kazuhiro, Director of the Budget and Accounts Division, Minister"s Secretariat, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Development health management work support application, one set ⑷ Fulfillment period : as in the tender documentation ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Do not come under Article 70 and Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause, ② Have Grade A, B or C in the area of services in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 ; ③ Are not the subject of ⒜an order prohibiting them from receiving subsides from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) ; ⒝an order prohibiting them from concluding contracts with METI ; or ⒞an order disqualifying them from bidding for METI projects conducted under the "designated bidder" system. ④ As in the tender documentation ⑺ Time-limit for verification documents : 12 : 00 24 February, 2026 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 18 March, 2026 ⑼ Time-limit for Opening tenders event : 14 : 00 19 March, 2026 ⑽ Contact point for the notice : HAMA Yuiko, Budget and Accounts Division, Welfare planning office, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry 1-3-1 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8901 Japan.
