Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KURATA Katsuki, Warden of the Yokohama Prison. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 16 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Air Conditioning Equipment Renewal for Yokohama Prison and others. ⑷ Delivery period : 30 June 2026 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, person under conservatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under the Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade "D" or above on "Manufacture of Product" or "Sale of Product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by MIC (single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligation Officer may specify accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00 19 March 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : KITA ZAWA Tatsuru, Supply Section, Yokohama Prison, 4-2-2 Kounan, Kounan-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa, 233-8501, Japan.
