⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ not be during a period of receiving the nomination stop from Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
④ have Grade A, B or C in "sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
⑤ not describe false facts in the application.
⑥ not be in an extremely deteriorate business condition or a creditworthiness.
⑦ Observe the laws and ordinances related to the labor.
⑧ have the qualification specified by the Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity, based on a rules of Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 20 AM, 24 March 2026
