Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons with in the said clause ; ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; ③ Have Grade "A", "B" or "C" in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kyushu-Okinawa Region in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 ; ④ Prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, to initiate business of selling medical appliances ; ⑤ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 18 March 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Naka Riki, Accounting Division, Administration Department, National Sanatorium Okinawa Airakuen 1192 Sumuide Nago-Shi Okinawa 905-1635, Japan.
