Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning The Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; ③ Have Grade "A", "B" or "C" in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kyushu-Okinawa Region in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 ; ④ prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Oil Industry Law, to initiate business of selling petroleum products ; ⑤ Are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 12 March 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Kodama, Accounts Division, National Sanatorium Okinawa-Airakuen, 1192 Sumuide Nago-city Okinawa Japan 905-1635, TEL 0980-52-8331 Email : kodama-hanako.vv8@mhlw.go.jp
