Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Itou Kenichi, Director of General Affairs Department, Kochi Labour Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Contract of Electricity to be used in the six sections of Kochi Labour Bureau ⑷ Delivery places : The places specified by the Director of General Affairs Department. ⑸ Delivery period : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027. ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2025 in the "Shikoku area" in "Sales of product" for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency. ④ not be during a period of receiving the nomination stop from Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. ⑤ not describe false facts in the application. ⑥ not be in an extremely deteriorate business condition or a creditworthiness. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00, 2 February, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Tani Taika, Accounting section 1, General Affairs Department, kochi Labour Bureau, 1-39 Minamikanada Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture 781-9548 Japan.
