Furthermore, minors, Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause, ②not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, ③have a Grade "A", "B" or "C" during fiscal year 2025/2026/2027 in "selling, etc." for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (single qualification for every ministry and agency) ④prove to have no false statement in tendering documents ⑤ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating ⑥Meets the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting (Ⅶ) Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 AM, February 3, 2026 (Ⅷ) No seal is needed. However, When a misstatement was found in the documents, We will cancel this contract and charge you a penalty.
