Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of expenditure of the procuring entity : KAWAMOTO Masaya, the obligated officer, Chief Judge, Mito District Court, 1-1-38 Omachi, Mito-shi, Ibaraki 310-0062, Japan ⑵ Classification of the procurement : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the service to be contracted : Courthouse Cleaning Service 1 Set ⑷ Period for the performance of the contracted service : From April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027 ⑸ Places for the contracted service : As shown in the explanatory paper for the bid ⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall ; ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order Concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; ②not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; ③have Grade A or B in Offering Service classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Kanto-Koshinetsu region ; ④The time and place of application for the qualification of ③ shall be in the manner of application for single qualification for every ministry and agen- cy ; and ⑤have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids ⑺ Time-limit for bid : 5 : 00 p.m., February 17, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : MUTO and KUBOYAMA, Management Section, Financial Division, Secretariat, Mito District Court, 1-1-38 Omachi, Mito-shi, Ibaraki 310-0062, Japan, TEL 029-224-8136
