Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of expenditure of the procuring entity : TOMIZAWA Kenichirou, the obligated officer, Director-General of the Secretariat, Tokyo High Court, 1-1-4 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8933, Japan ⑵ Classification of the procurement : 75 ⑶ Subject matter of the procurement contract : Cleaning of offices in the courthouse of Tokyo High Court, Tokyo District Court, and Tokyo Summary Court ⑷ Period for the performance of the contracted service : From April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 ⑸ Place for the contracted service : 1-1-4 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo ⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall : ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; ②not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; ③have Grade A in Offering Service classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Kanto-Koshinetsu region ; ④The time and place of application for the qualification of ③ shall be in the manner of application for single qualification for every ministry and agency ; ⑤meet the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; and ⑥have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids ⑺ Time-limit for bid : 5 : 00 p.m., February 24, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : HASHIMOTO or WATABE, Office Service Section, Office Service Division, Secretariat, Tokyo High Court, 1-1-4 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8933, Japan, TEL 03-3581-4728
