Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of expenditure of the procuring entity : IWAI Kazumasa, the obligated officer, Director-General of the Secretariat, Osaka High Court, 2-1-10 Nishitemma, Kita-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka 530-8521, Japan ⑵ Classification of the procurement : 75 ⑶ Subject matter of the procurement contract : Cleaning of offices and any other related spaces and facilities in the courthouse of Osaka High Court, Osaka District Court and Osaka Summary Court ⑷ Period for the performance of the contracted service : From April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 ⑸ Place for the contracted service : As shown in the explanatory paper for the bid ⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall : ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; ②not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; ③have Grade A in Offering Service (building management and any other maintenance) classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Kinki region ; ④be deemed that whose business condition or credit does not deteriorate extremely and be ensured the fair performance of the contract ; and ⑤have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids ⑺ The time and place of application for the qualification of ⑹ shall be in the manner of application for single qualification for every ministry and agency ⑻ Time-limit for bid : 5 : 00 p.m., February 4, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : KOU-YAMA Yuusuke, Office Service Section, Office Service Division, Secretariat, Osaka High Court, 2-1-10 Nishitemma, Kita-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka 530-8521, Japan, TEL 06-6316-2572
