⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the Procuring entity : Tsukasa Toukairin, Director of the General Coordination Department, Yamagata Labour Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : "Contract of Electricity to be used in the six sections of Yamagata Labour Bureau" ⑷ Performance period : refer to the Specification ⑸ Performance place : refer to the Specification ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ③ It is not a period from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare undergoing nomination suspension, general competitive participation qualification suspension or business suspension ④ Have Grade A, B or C on "Sale of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 ⑤ Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents ⑥ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating ⑦ Compliance with labor laws ⑧ Being registered for retail electricity business based on Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Law ⑨ As a big participant determined by the officer responsible for expenditures based on the Provisions of budget settlement and Article 73 of the Financial Decree Concerning the efforts to provide information related to energy saving and power saving, and the disclosure of information on the power source configuration and carbon dioxide emission factor, the bid conformity conditions shown in the bid manual must be satisfied ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 9 : 55 AM, 26 January 2026 ⑻ Other : For details concerning this tender, refer to the Tender Explanation. ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Second Accounting section of the General Coordination Department, Yamako building 3F, 3-2-1 Kasumicho, Yamagata-city, Yamagata-ken, 990-8567 Japan.
