⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to be used in Miyoshi Branch Bureau Government Office and 15 Branch Bureau Government Offices ; Estimated annual consumption of 1,896,700kWh.
⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027
⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender manual
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B in "Sale of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the Chugoku Area for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years of 2025, 2026 and 2027. Or Have Grade C in "Sale of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the Chugoku Area for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years of 2025, 2026 and 2027 and have a record of products supply contact concerned of more than equal. ④Have registered as a retail electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2, Section 2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑺ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
