Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : NAKATSUJI Tsuyoshi, Director-General of the Fukuoka Regional Headquarters ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Electricity used for the following Buildings (contract demand, estimated electric consumption of the year) ① Fukuoka Regional Headquarters (151kW, 583,800kWh) ② Nagasaki Meteorological Office (46kW, 110,500kWh) ③ Oita Meteorological Office (28kW, 103,200kWh) ④ Miyazaki Meteorological Office (46kW, 124,100kWh) ⑤ Sefurisan Radar Observation Station (10kW, 51,900kWh) ⑥ Doppler Radar Building at the Kagoshima Aeronautical Meteorological Station (32kW, 145,900kWh) ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : as per the specifications ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ⒜ Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ⒝ Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ⒞ Have Grade A, B, C or D "Selling" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025/2026/2027 and have qualification for participating in competition of the Kyushu・Okinawa region, ⒟ Have received the registration of retail electricity business based on the provisions of Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act ⒠ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⒡ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⒢ Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system https://www.p-portal.go.jp/pps-web-biz/ ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 19 January 2026 ⑻ Language and currency in this tender or contract procedure : Japanese, yen only ⑼ Contact point for the notice : YAMADA Satoko, Second Contract Section, Accounting Division, Fukuoka Regional Headquarters, 1-2-36 Ohori, Chuo-Ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture 810-0052 Japan TEL 092-725-3602
