Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : WADA Kenya Director General of Kumamoto Office of River and National Highway, Kyusyu Regional Development Bureau ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ① Electricity to use in The Kumamoto office of River and National Highway ② Electricity to use in The Aso Maintenance Branch Office of National Highway ③ Electricity to use in The Midorikawa Downstream Branch Office and The Noda Weir Control Office ④ Electricity to use in The Uchidagawa Drainage Pump Station ⑤ Electricity to use in The Aso-Tateno Dam Management Office ⑥ Electricity to use in The Tunnel of Futaenotouge ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2028 ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ② have Grade A, B, C or D on "manufacture of product" or "sale of product" in Kyusyu・Okinawa Area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (single qualification for every ministry and agency) ③ not have failed a petition for the commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act or the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (except those who have done the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification) ④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of Kyusyu Regional Development Bureau from time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening ⑤ not be the person that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned ⑥ when an application is submitted as a business cooperative association, its members must not submit an application individually ⑦ have registered as a retail electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law ⑧ who should have receive the tender documentation directly ⑨ from the perspective of considering CO reduction, the criteria specified in the bid manual must be satisfied ⑺ Time-limit for submission of certificate : 17 : 00 22, December, 2025 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 16, January, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Accounting Section, Kumamoto Office of River and National Highway, Kyushu Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, 1- 12-1, Nishibaru, Higashiku Kumamoto City, Kumamoto 861-8029 Japan, TEL 096-382-1127 ex. 226
