⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be lease : Electronic copying machines (Including maintenance and delivery of consumer goods) 22 sets
⑷ Lease period : From 1 April, 2026 through 31 March, 2031
⑸ Maintenance contract period : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March, 2027
⑹ Lease place : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ in terms of qualification "Provision of services" at Kanto-Koshinetsu area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027.
④ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service for the procured services.
⑤ prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc.
⑥ If a person intends to lease the goods listed in this announcement through a third party, the person must have proven that he or she has the ability to lease through a third party. In addition, the third party must also meet the qualifications listed in ① to ⑤ above.
⑦ If a person exclusively engaged in the leasing business submits a bid the person who will actually delivers and sets up the products must also meet the qualifications in ① through ⑤ above.
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 11 : 00 A.M., 2 February, 2026 (tenders submitted by mail 5 : 00 P.M., 30 January, 2026)
