(ⅰ) Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Makoto Kimijima, Director of the General Coordination Department, Tochigi Labor Bureau. (ⅱ) Classification of the products to be procured : 26 (ⅲ) Nature and quantity of the services to be required : The electric power supply in the Utsunomiya second local congruent Government Building in the 2026 fiscal year Electricity contract 213kW. Estimated volume of electricity 588,720kWh. (ⅳ) Delivery period : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027 (ⅴ) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures, Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under guardianship or assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have Grade A, B or C on "Sale of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents. ⑤ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating. ⑥ For bidders subject to the following insurance system of each item, and it is not in arrears either of insurance premiums (2 insurance year about (ⅴ) and (ⅵ)) for the last two years of the bid submission deadline of this bid : ⑴ Welfare annuity insurance ⑵ Health insurance (the thing which association of national health insurance has jurisdiction over) ⑶ Seamen"s insurance ⑷ National pension ⑸ Worker"s compensation insurance ⑹ Unemployment insurance ⑦ meet the qualification requirements which the Obrigating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order (ⅵ) Time-limit for tender : 10 : 00 AM, 20 January 2026 (ⅶ) Contact point for the notice : Accounting First Section, General Coordination Division, General Coordination Department, Tochigi Labor Bureau, 1-4 Akebono-cho, Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture 320-0845 Japan, TEL 028-634-9111 |
