The estimated electricity 8,359,000kWh. ② Electricity to be used in Five facilities of the Ministry of Finance ⒜ Electricity to be used in Customs Training Institute contract 197kW. The estimated electricity 583,000kWh. ⒝ Electricity to be used in Customs Training Institute (Annex) contract 66kW. The estimated electricity 119,000kWh. ⒞ Electricity to be used in Analyzing Center for Customs contract 163kW. The estimated electricity 556,000kWh. ⒟ Electricity to be used in Mita Common Meeting hall contract 401kW. The estimated electricity 530,000kWh. ⒠ Electricity to be used in Nishigahara training joint government building contract 247kW. The estimated electricity 676,000kWh. ⑷ Delivery period : ①② From 1st of March 2026 through 28th of February 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender manual. ⑹ Qualifications for participation in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C in Manufacturing or Selling in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Kanto ・Koshinetsu area related to the Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry or agency (including person specially qualified by officials in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity). ⑤ A person whose business situation or trustworthiness is deemed not to have significantly deteriorated and whose proper performance of a contract can be guaranteed. ⑥ Have registered in accordance with article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑦ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑧ Be a person who took a grant of a tender manual. ⑨ Submit a document of a system to prove their ability to supply the system concerned and meet our requirements in order to be judged acceptable by the contracting entity ; and provide explanations on the contents of the above document by request. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 30 P.M. 15th, January, 2026. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : TAKAHASHI Ryota, Building and Planning Section, Accounts Division, Minister"s Secretariat, Ministry of Finance, 3-1-1 Kasumigaseki Chiyoda-ku Tokyo 100-8940 Japan.
