Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Okamoto Tomonari Warden of the Fukuoka Detention House ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to use in the Fukuoka Detention House and Kokura Detention House. The estimated electricity is 2,044,000kWh ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April, 2026 through 31 March, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore minors Person under Conservatorship Person under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget Auditing and Accounting. ③Have the Grade A or B "sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in Kyusyu Okinawa area related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years of 2025/2026/2027. ④Have Permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑤Suppliers who intend to put in a bid without above qualifications may be eligible only if they will be entitled to the qualifications registered on the list of qualified bidders and considered to have the relevant grade. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 14 : 00 28 January 2026 (Tenders submitted by mail : 17 : 00 27 January 2026) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Naoki Nakayama, Supply Section, Fukuoka Detention house, 2-16-10 Momochi, Sawara-Ku, Fukuoka, 814-8503 Japan TEL 092-821-0636 ext 233
