Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : MATSUZAKI Kyoko, Warden of the Kasamatsu Prison ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity used in Kasamatsu Prison and 21 other facilities, contract as designated in the tender document and the estimated electricity as designated in the tender document ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : As designated in the tender document ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order on the Budget Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order on the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B in "Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00, 19 January 2026 (Tenders Submitted By mail : 17 : 00, 19 January 2026) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : ADACHI Ryuji, Supply Section, Kasamatsu Prison, 23, Nakagawa-chou, Kasamatsu-chou, Ha- shima-Gun Gifu, 501-6095 Japan.
