Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause, ② Have Grade ｢A｣, ｢B｣, ｢C｣ or ｢D｣ in ｢provision of services｣ in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 ; ③ Are not the subject of ⒜an order prohibiting them from receiving subsides from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) ; ⒝an order prohibiting them from concluding contracts with METI ; or ⒞an order disqualifying them from bidding for METI projects conducted under the "designated bidder" system. ⑺ Tender explanation online meeting : 13 : 30 7 January, 2025 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 13 February, 2025 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : HAMADA Mikio, Accounting Department, Minister"s Secretariat, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry 1-3-1 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8901 Japan.
