Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the qualification "Sale of products" at Kanto-Koshinetsu area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ prove not to be a period of receiveng nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 00 A.M., 4 March, 2025 (tenders submitted by mail : 5 : 00 P.M., 3 March, 2025) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : ISHII Emi, First Procurement Section, Accounting Division, Administration Department, Kanto Regional Agricultural Administration Office, 2-1 Shintoshin Chuo-ku Saitama city Saitama prefecture 330-9722 Japan.
