Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Ryuichi Koyanagi, Director of the General Affairs Department, National Institute of Public Health ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 78 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Control of electricity, air conditioning, and sanitation : 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026 ⑸ Fulfillment place : the place pecified by the offical in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70, Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ② Are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract ③ Have Grade "A", "B" or "C" on "offer of services etc" in the Kanto-Koshinetsu Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 ④ Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents ⑤ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating ⑥ The applicant must have personnel, etc., who are deemed to be able to reliably perform the work in question ⑦ ISO 9001 or JISQ 9001 and ISO 14001 or JISQ 14001 certification. The scope of registered services shall be building maintenance services (facilities). ⑧ The applicant must have at least one contract for the maintenance, operation, and management of electrical, air-conditioning, and sanitary equipment for a facility of the same size or larger (total building area : 30,257.32㎡) as the National Institute of Health Sciences during the past five years (from the fiscal year of 2020 to 2024).
