⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SENDAI Mitsuhito, Director General of Chugoku-shikoku Regional Agricultural Administration Office ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Toner cartridges etc for Printer (contract of the unit price) in the fiscal year 2025 ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April, 2025 through 31 March, 2026 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of the qualification "Sale of product" at Chugoku or Shikoku area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for everyministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ prove to have the ability to delivery appointed the time and the place specified by the Obligating Officer for the procured products. ⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑥ prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑺ Time limit for submission of certificates : 5 : 00 P.M., 7, February, 2025 ⑻ Time limit for submission of tenders by electronic bidding system : 5 : 00 P.M., 20, February, 2025, in case of submission by paper : 5 : 00 P.M., 20, February, 2025, in case of submission by postal application : 5 : 00 P.M., 20, February, 2025 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : ENSYO Katsunori, Procurement Section, Accounting Division, Chugoku-Shikoku Regional Agricultural Administration Office, 1-4-1 Shimoishii Kita-ku Okayama city Okayama prefecture 700-8532 Japan.
