⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Shiromoto Masaaki, Director, Administration Department, National Sanatorium Okinawa Airakuen ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity used of public office building contract 850kW. The estimated electricity 3,111,928kWh at Okinawa Airakuen ⑷ Services period : From 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026 ⑸ Services place : National Sanatorium Okinawa Airakuen ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; ③ Have Grade "A", "B", "C" or "D" in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for everyministry and agency) in Kyushu-Okinawa Region in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 ; ④ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 7 February 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Ayabe Junichi, Accounting Division, Administration Department, National Sanatorium Okinawa Airakuen, 1192 Sumuide Nago-shi Okinawa 905-1635, Japan.
