Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Oomi Kenichi, Director of the General Affairs Department, Chiba Labor Bureau ⑵ Classification No. of the products to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Cleaning duties to perform in each Chiba Labor Bureau"s institution in 2025 fiscal year. ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April, 2025 through 31 March, 2026 ⑸ Delivery place : Chiba Labor Bureau controller agency 18 institution ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Those who do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ②Those who do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Those who are not currently in the suspension period for nomination by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. ④have Grade B, C or D in offer of service in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
