Contract 3,200kW. The estimated electricity about 6,323,566kWh ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Hikone Plant ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 6-1 of the National Printing Bureau"s regulation concerning the contract procedures. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship, and Person under Assistance, who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract, may come under this qualification in cases involving special reasons within the said article. ② Not come under Article 6-2 of the National Printing Bureau"s regulation concerning the contract procedures. ③ Have Grade A or B in terms of the qualifications for participating in tenders for Sales by the Ministry of Finance Japan (all ministries/agencies) or the National Printing Bureau, Incorporated Administrative Agency, in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ Have registered in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑤ Fulfill the requirements mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO ⑺ Time-limit for proposal of the tendering procedures : 4 : 00 P.M. 23 December 2024 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 8 January 2025 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Ayumi Ueno, Accounting Division, General Affairs Department, Hikone Plant, National Printing Bureau, Incorporated Administrative Agency, 1157-1 Higashinonami-cho, Hikone-shi, Shiga 522-0027 Japan TEL 0749-27-6018 ⑽ Acquire The electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding System http ://www.npb.go.jp/ja/guide/finance/ portal/index.html
