Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KANEKO Nobushisa, Director-General Chugoku District Transport Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to use in Hiroshima transportation branch office others ⑷ Delivery period : From 1, April, 2025 through 31, March, 2026 ⑸ Delivery place : Within of jurisdiction, Transport Branch Office and Office for Motor Vehicle Inspection and Registration ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall. ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. And also have not received suspension of nomination by Director-General Chugoku District Transport Bureau. ③ Have Grade AorB of level of interest in the "Selling" in Chugoku area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ Have registered as a retail electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑤ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑥ Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system https://www.p-portal.go.jp ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00, 19, December, 2024 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : MIZUSAKA Shuichi, Contract Section, Budget and Accounts Division, Chugoku District Transport Bureau, 6-30 Kamihatchobori, nakaku hiroshima city, Hiroshima Prefecture, 730-8544, Japan TEL 082-228-3435
