Tourism ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 77 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services : Temporary Inspection and Repair of the port service boat "FUJI", 1 Set ⑷ Fulfillment period : 28 March 2025 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender manual ⑹ You have to acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system https://www.p-portal.go.jp/pps-web-biz/ ⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ② have Grade A, B, C or D "Service (Ship mechanic)" in the Tokai Hokuriku district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024 ③ not be the stated person under the commencement of reorganization proceedings or under the beginning of rehabilitation proceedings (except for the person who has the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification). ④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Chubu Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening. ⑤ be unrelated to other participant about capital and human capital. ⑥ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned. ⑦ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ⑻ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 16 : 00 2 December 2024 ⑼ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 19 December 2024 ⑽ Contact point for the notice : ASAI Ayaka, Accounting and Procurement Division, General Affairs Department, Chubu Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, 2-1-36 Marunouchi, Naka-ku, Nagoya-city, Aichi 460-8517 Japan.
