Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Nel corso delle attività di scavo ai fini della realizzazione degli anelli impiantistici nelle aree esterne ai fabbricati, l’Appaltatore ha rilevato diversi rinvenimenti di manufatti/tubazioni pre-esistenti tra i quali una platea nervata utilizzata, in passato, come solettone di scorrimento del dismesso carro trasbordatore.

Detta platea risulta interferente con la realizzazione delle reti impiantistiche esterne (acque nere e meteoriche, cavidotti elettrici, antincendio,…).
