Gli operatori economici che ritengano di poter fornire le prestazioni aventi le caratteristiche descritte o caratteristiche equivalenti all’oggetto del presente avviso e che soddisfano tutti i requisiti tecnici ed economici indicati nell"avviso esplorativo per verifica unicità del fornitore, pubblicato sul sito internet della stazione appaltante, all"indirizzo: www.etraspa.it e sul sito del portale gare telematiche, all"indirizzo: https://etraspa.bravosolution.com, dovranno inviare, entro e non oltre le ore 12:00 del 12/01/2024, la propria manifestazione di interesse corredata della dichiarazione di possesso dei requisiti sotto specificati, che gli operatori dovranno possedere, alla data di presentazione della domanda, a pena di esclusione:

a) possesso dei requisiti di ordine generale indicati agli artt. 94-98 del D.Lgs. 36/2023 e s.m.i.;

b) non aver affidato incarichi in violazione dell’art. 53, comma 16-ter del D.Lgs. 165/2001;

c) le attrezzature dovranno essere conformi a tutte le caratteristiche tecniche, prestazionali ed economiche di cui all"avviso esplorativo.
