Si avvisa che con Decreto del Direttore Generale dell’Università del Salento Prot. n. 222835 del 18/12/2023 Rep. n. 894, la procedura negoziata di cui all’oggetto (indetta con Decreto del Direttore Generale Rep.. n. 343 del 16/05/2023, prot. n. 91632, per un importo a base d’asta di € 225.000,00 oltre IVA al 22%, oneri da rischi interferenziali non soggetti a ribasso pari ad € 0,00), è stata aggiudicata in favore dell’Operatore economico Cryogenic Ltd., con sede legale in Unit 6, Acton Park Industrial Estate, The Vale, London W3 7QE, UK, Partita IVA GB 538 888 184 che ha offerto un ribasso percentuale unico pari al 0,000% sull’importo posto a base di gara di € 225.000,00, corrispondente ad un prezzo pari a € 225.000,00 oltre IVA come per legge al 22%.

Il presente avviso è pubblicato sul sito istituzionale di Ateneo, Sezione “Amministrazione Trasparente”.

La procedura ha avuto ad oggetto l’affidamento della fornitura di un Magnete split pair cryogen-free per misure combinate magneto-ottiche e FMR, da installare presso il Dipartimento di Matematica e Fisica “Ennio De Giorgi”. C.U.P. I43C21000230006.

L"indicazione completa e dettagliata della fornitura da eseguire, con tutte le modalità e le condizioni di esecuzione compresi nell’appalto, trovano corrispondente descrizione nel Capitolato Tecnico allegato alla lettera di invito; elaborato che l’Università del Salento ha provveduto a redigere e che ha posto a base di gara.

In esito all’esperimento di un avviso esplorativo (disponibile al seguente link: https://www.unisalento.it/gare-appalti/-/gare/view/66483884), andato deserto, finalizzato alla verifica dell’esistenza di operatori economici in grado di fornire la strumentazione, avente specifiche tecniche “equivalenti” rispetto a quelle che potevano essere fornite dall’Operatore economico -“Cryogenic Ltd.,”- originariamente individuato a seguito di una apposita indagine di mercato, con Decreto del Direttore Generale 343 del 16/05/2023, è stata indetta una procedura negoziata, senza bando, per l’affidamento della fornitura di cui in oggetto, invitando la indicata Società Cryogenic Ltd., con sede legale in Unit 6, Acton Park Industrial Estate, The Vale, London W3 7QE, UK, Partita IVA GB 538 888 184.

Inoltre, con apposito avviso pubblicato sulla GUUE in data 05/04/2023 è stato comunicato l"esito dell"avviso esplorativo.
