• valutazione preliminare stato di conservazione della struttura del canale esistente, geometria, materiali; progetto ed esecuzione set di indagini preliminare e seguito di acquisizione documentazione disponibile presso gli enti gestori, valutazione ulteriori indagini da eseguirsi in fase di redazione del progetto esecutivo e/o in fase di esecuzione dei lavori;

Tali prestazioni aggiuntive , non possono che essere eseguite dall’affidatario originale, RTI HYDROGEO Ingegneria S.r.l., in quanto un cambiamento del contraente: • risulterebbe impraticabile per motivi economici e tecnici riguardando lo sviluppo di una attività supplementare connessa alla progettazione unitaria che riguarda l’appalto iniziale • comporterebbe per l"amministrazione notevoli disguidi, ritardi e una consistente duplicazione dei costi;
